There was a time I was reviewing a contract and imagine the word “Fee” and “fee” in the same contract have different meanings.
Not until after several back and forth that they made me realise that both are defined differently. Fee with upper case F is different from fee with lower case f .

Refusing to move into where people actually live via smaller stores was a major undoing that they weirdly refused to do all these years. Macros isn't sufficent reason for its decline and eventual end.

This year:

1. My rent increased
2. Service charges (covering security, cleaning and waste disposal) increased
3. I buy band A electricity nearly every week
4. I pump water on my band A electricity
5. Cost of living is still high

Yet... My tax is increasing from next January
