@united flight UA317 to Indianapolis delayed for over an hour because the plane wasn’t released from maintenance on time. Seriously, is this the only plane you have available? You guys can’t plan for maintenance way in advance? Horrible service

@MBonvoyAssist I checked into the Portland Marriott City Center. first they didn't have my reservation. Then the gave me a crappy room with a small bed despite reserving a King size. Horrible service. Gold status means nothing apparently.

@MarriottBonvoy I checked into the Marriott City Center in Portland. I have gold status and my reservation was for a king size bed, first they said my reservation was wrong, then they gave me a room with a smaller bed. 'Because they don't have more rooms' horrible service!
