The car on the right is ELECTRIC ONLY and gets 113 MPEe. It has 330 miles of range.

IT DOES NOT GET A $7,500 EV TAX CREDIT.

$TSLA has to file a protest with the IRS for the inconsistencies in IRA EV cap - M-Y 5-seat and 7-seat are same size truck. Other 5-seat SUVs of similar or smaller size (VW ID.4 AWD Pro) have $80K cap. @MartinViecha

Hey @Sen_JoeManchin the EV tax credit is having the opposite effect of what it’s intending to do. It’s rewarding heavy, inefficient, HYBRID vehicles over pure EV made in America vehicles like the Tesla. This needs to be fixed immediately @elonmusk

No one is gonna buy a Ford Mach E when Tesla can now sell a Model Y for the same price. Folks forget Ford didn’t reach their original $7.5k credit cap before IRA. Now Model Y is $7.5k cheaper. Ford can’t go any lower because it’s already unprofitable.
