Kolkata MH airport staff are not willing to give boarding pass without any reason two pax are supposed to fly CGK- via KUL flight time is 12.40 if the said passenger is not able to fly who is willing to take responsibility for that that harrasment is not accepted @MAS

I seriously think that @MAS via its #Enrich club is not honest in rewarding its loyal frequent flyers. Not only my flown miles were not updated, no one at their CS responded to the boarding passes I presented since last year. Yet

Also, good luck trying to redeem free flights!

@MAS Also, I tried redeeming a flight from KL-KT-KL earlier. The total Enrich to be deducted was reasonable. While filling up the details, it kicked me out and the new Enrich points needed went up by a few thousand points. Why so?

@MAS I had my bag with all my clothes delayed as you it as not put on the second leg of my flight. Then it was misdelivered to the wrong address. How do I get reimbursed for the essentials I had to buy because of the late delivery of my clothes?

Extremely disappointed with @MAS regarding my damaged baggage claim (DPR BOMMH12509). After providing all details and photos requested, they dismissed my claim as "minor wear and tear" to avoid responsibility. Is this how you treat your passengers' belongings?
