To be honest, I think I gotta make some things clear.

The moment I saw the allocation for $Rdac and the vesting period, I wasn't very enthusiastic. I expressed this directly on X and promptly received a reply from @shanicucic96 , which I was pleased about, as it shows that he is listening to others' opinions and criticism.
I've been holding my @PGgroup_ assets for 1.5 years now and have gone into the merge with them and bought a few more, flipped some, bought more… to end up well positioned for the reason I was primarily holding this project. And that was and is Shan's long-term vision and plan.
I was only disappointed that I couldn't sell a few @JirasanOfficial in the Pre TGE pump as I had hoped, which for me as an NFT Flipper is of course also part of the WEB3 culture and fun, apart from the financial aspect.
But I had lost sight of the real reason for having joined PG, namely long-term real investments in companies that yield real profits.

Most of those who left the project just wanted to buy NFTs, receive an AirDrop, dump it, throw the NFTs into bids and never look back.

All those who stayed and are joining believe in the business model and the team.

Before answering that, let’s first understand what a startup is. A startup is a new business focused on developing a product or solution with the potential for high growth.

In Web2, investors in startups typically wait years to see returns.

In Web3, things move differently. Web3 offers a unique opportunity for people to get involved early and grow alongside the project. But not every investor or holder will fully understand the vision from day one—it takes time. Some get it instantly, while others need to see progress before committing long-term.

This is where unlock schedules and vesting come in. By gradually unlocking tokens:

Investors have an opportunity to see the direction of the project.

If they believe in it, they can hold or buy more.

If they don’t, they can de-risk while still having vested interest in future unlocks.

I get it, many won’t bother reading this because, why wait when you can chase the next 100x meme coin? But let’s be real: 99.9% of people lose everything with memes. Investing in startups isn’t a guaranteed win either, but diversifying and backing strong teams will eventually pay off.
