This is what happens when certain membership individuals lead you to believe you could unlawfully remove an entire committee of the only #FIFA approved Ethics Board and try to manipulate governing @SLFA_sl without following the official Ethics code. @CAF_Online

High Court of Sierra Leone upholds the injunction, stopping @SLFA_sl from holding its ordinary congress.

The decision came after the Chairman of Moyamba District Football Association, Tamba Gbetuwa filed a complaint at the court, raising concern over the failure of @SLFA_sl to provide a venue for the congress within its prescribed timeframe as dictated by the constitution of @SLFA_sl

Amongst other issues, the application of @SLFA_sl was dismissed, the injunction still remains in force and @SLFA_sl to pay cost.

Football pundits in the country have described the decision as welcoming and one that will bring integrity into football administration in the country.
