@LidlGB wondering what your policy is on self checkout usage. We had a jobsworth in Lakeside, Essex,on Monday who was insistent we didn't take our trolley thru with 15 items in & instead use the 2 manned tills with hefty queues. Seems real dickish to us, self checkout was empty
