@flipkartsupport@_Kalyan_K just received a message that you will update me about my delivery status by Aug 4th...here is a customer complaining about a delivery delay and your response is to further delay it? Either deliver my product in the next 2 hours or process a full refund...ridiculous!

@sankaaravind why does Rapido have such terrible customer service? Why should customers choose you? If someone faces an issue while on a ride your chat exec takes more than 2 hours to respond. You don't have a complaints email ID (1/2)
@sankaaravind your execs are not "allowed" share your social media handle or CEO name. They apparently don't even have a supervisor on the floor. You are not competitively priced, the cabs aren't in great condition and your customer service sucks (2/2)
