The GM Enugu state housing Dev. Corporation has inaugurated a special project advisory committee for the corporation from amongst the staff comprising the following professionals:
1. Surv. Christian Nnadi Chairman.
2. Eze Ifeoma... Secretary.
3. Sunday Nwobodo member.

Their Responsibilities among others are:
1. Identification and enumeration of existing and uncompleted projects of The Corporation.

2. Identification of new project sites (new Estates).

3. Carrying out feasibility and viability studies of unforeseen projects.

They will play an advisory role in area of special projects and any other additional assignment which the Management and the corporation may deem necessary.

In her statement, they will provide the following necessary services to the estate such as:
security, School, Hospital, shopping mall, Gymnasium , swimming pool, regular wifi, water, and other necessary amenities for a semblance of a class estate.
