It's been 16 days since I placed my order!!! The Delivery Executive at the hub asked me to pickup the order from the Hub today. I was all set to go. And then, I receive a call from @flipkartsupport saying that my order has been cancelled!!
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart@_Kalyan_K They cancelled my order WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! The @flipkartsupport executive LIED to me saying that the Courier Services team cancelled my order. But the Delivery person at the hub claims that he didn't cancel it! What on earth is happening??
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart@_Kalyan_K Why does the status say "Replacement accepted"? Are you going to refund the amount?? What about the exchange of my old phone? Where are the answers to these questions? What's your resolution? @flipkartsupport

@Flipkart@flipkartsupport My order ID OD432474381411223100 has not been delivered for a long time now!!! On checking with @flipkartsupport , I understood that the product has been "Lost in the hub"!!! This is pathetic customer service!! Can you please work on this immediately?
