As Frailty Practitioners we have RESPECT discussions and discuss future care plans with all our patients. We Especially consider ceilings of care and planning for the end-of-life phase with all patients who have a CFS of 7.
We assess patients by completing a CGA - Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment. This helps us ensure we've covered all areas of assessment and every patient recieves the same depth of assessment.
