@DrRobgalloway @DailyMailUK As an ex-runner, (amongst other sports), and someone who has completed London, I would suggest that a reliance on any type of medication at all, gel or otherwise, to get u to the start, or finish line, in any sport, should be a NO NO!. Seriously, this is just common sense!
