Through Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana, women working in the unorganised sector can ensure a monthly pension of ₹3000 after attaining the age of 60, with small contributions and equal support from the Government.

As part of the Special Services Fortnight, ESIC Model & Super Specialty Hospital, Asramam, Kollam, Kerala organized several awareness and health outreach activities on 4 March 2026. These included a health awareness talk on Alcoholic Addiction , a preventive health check-up camp at KSCDC Cashew Factory, Parippally where 96 IPs were screened for diabetes, hypertension & anaemia and screening programmes for diabetic retinopathy, breast cancer and hearing impairment at the hospital.
