HIT at Dhamangaon at my cost.
I am amazed at how bluntly the staff lies that HIT has been sprayed.

Matter is still pending with 100s of cockroaches thrown outside from our end. @RailMinIndia

Have asked TTE, attendant, cleaning staff but in vain. I have even asked them to get a RED HIT for cockroaches at my cost. Still nothing.
I am travelling with senior citizens and its am absolute disaster.

Its been 4-5 hours and our problem is still not solved.

We are having lunch with cockroaches, sleeping near it. Its a mental pain for us.

Getting a PEN number for my children have become a task. School says that the data has been uploaded on Banglar Shiksha Portal and PEN number will be generated by Central Board. Admission in new city is not granted till I have the PEN number. Help!

@IRCTCofficial - My User ID has been disabled for no reason. I have a ticket which needs to be cancelled as my travel date is near. Called up Customer Care with no response yet. Need to fix this urgently or else how to get the cancellation done?
