and i think a major way some parents fail is when they do not, cannot, love themselves and so cannot really love what they create. "self-love", i think, is in part, inheritance. but some kids get nothing to inherit when it comes to love.
Sticking to no contact really helps your self confidence. You realize there isn’t a single person you can’t live without. You had a life before they existed in it, and you’ll have one after they’re gone. Their importance was only informed by your attention.
acc sick of politicians speaking on behalf of young people bc zoom interviews:
1) save us money on travel
2) mean neurodivergent people don't have to worry about eye contact and body language
3) make jobs more accessible to people who don't already live in london/major cities
It’s not just birthday’s though… I am seeing how everyone is saying it’s difficult to find the time to communicate with the people in their lives and I just think it’s a crock of shit lol
It seems that you have a very narrow understanding of the organisational definition of corporate. You’re arguing against a completely different point. The term corporate is genuinely ambiguous and you’re flying off the deep end with this response.
No, by that definition everyone in the org would be in corporate. Even for great jobs: a doctor/nurse does not work in corporate, he works in business operations (in the hospital). His employer’s HR, legal, finance, risk & control, procurement, strategy are corporate. A call…
