The worst experience ever, I have ordered 2 shipments from 2 companies in the same date , the first order delivered, but the one from your company no chat team neither email team know when it will be delivered, is this how you serve ?

@Aramex is this the way you are handling your customers ?!!! I have sent on DM but no reply since more than 6 hours !!!!!! The mistake was yours , you collect the documents from an address and bring it back to another one ? Then you are not replying to your customers, shame on u
@Aramex I have made a request to documenting some papers, your team came to collect my the paper from my home but you sent it to another address , I need to wait one more day , are you kidding me ?
