There’s very few, yet they have outsized impact due to the lack of integration/assimilation, as well as the stark differences between Japan and their native cultures.
A good example is cremation. 99.9% of people in Japan are cremated upon death. Both for cultural and logistical reasons. However, as Islam forbids cremation, they have pushed for the ability to be buried.
This has caused friction between local communities and enclaves of Muslim residents, and it escalated to a national issue since Sanseito (far right party) brought it up. But it is a legitimate issue, and just one example of many.
Lol you just reminded me. I met a Dutch guy in Japan, and the entire time he kept complaining about how Americans are the loudest and dumbest people on Earth. Not wanting to make a scene, most just laughed and shrugged it off.
This was a group of a few Americans, a few Canadians, a couple of Aussies, and a Swede, a Brazilian, a Brit, a German, and him.
Of that entire group, you’d expect the Aussies, the Americans, the Brazilian, the Brit, and maybe the Canadians to be the most rowdy, right?
Nope, he was by far the loudest and most rude of the bunch. Bad enough that I had to go out of my way to profusely apologize to some of the employees at the bar we were at on his behalf.
Most of the Dutch I have met are great people, but the only Dutch I met in Asia was belligerent and hypocritical beyond belief 😂
What source would you not consider propaganda? NYT, Fortune, Bloomberg, CNN, the list goes on. Even RT is reporting this.
You are retarded because I gave you every tool possible for you to check this yourself, and you are unable to do it. You are retarded because you are unable to read. You are retarded because the sum total of your life is learned helplessness.
Hope this helps.
@Incogni24904873@Kama_Kamilia His constant downplaying of the consequences of Trump’s style of presidency are really frustrating. It’s like he got high on the results that Trump gets in some areas he likes (like Supreme Court Justices, deregulation, etc), so he excuses the overall impact.
@PyroKrono@Jackerofmeat@SmashThndrStone@TheIntelFrogbu Are you able to do anything yourself? I literally handed you the lock and key and guided your hands to grab the key and put it in the lock.
What are you able to do yourself? Isn’t this embarrassing..?
Europe paid trillions of dollars to Russia for imports since 2014. France, Germany, and other sold military goods to Russia post 2014. Europe continues to use transshipments to dodge sanctions. France, Germany, and others opposed a US-led Ukrainian NATO MAP in 2008.
If it were up to me, US aid to Ukraine would be much more decisive, but really, why should the US be paying for European mistakes? The US has warned about reliance on Russia for decades and the Ukraine War is the culmination of that reliance.
Ultimately, only Russia can be blamed for waging a war of aggression. However, the self-inflicted reliance on Russian imports, the dereliction of European militaries, and the strategy of appeasement are no doubt principal contributors to the reason the war is happening today.
You said there was only one misleading source, but there are at least 4 mainstream sources independently reporting this. You could also just go over to https://t.co/5oXqGvrmKa and look at it yourself.
Here you go, since I suspect you don’t have the funds for the Bloomberg article.
@ItsAndyRyan@shugaaarr@LainNJD@Maryja_1904@boomhotdog2 Can’t speak for Australia, but the vast majority of Americans and Canadians could not care less what Europeans do and do not engage in the moral finger wagging that Europeans do. Only really ever see it as retaliation. Kinda like this gif
@William83775296 As you can see, most do not want Gripens. Even the Peru number is incorrect, as they went with the F-16 Block 70 in the end.
It is pretty much completely unproven, new or old. The Gripen is a so-so F-16 competitor. It is not even near an F-35.
You can deny and cry if you’d like, but the overwhelming consensus of CAF members is that the Gripen would be a mistake. The only reason it’s even being considered is political.
@William83775296@AlexHollings52@BobbyBito44@grok How many contracts has the Gripen won in comparison to its competitors? What % “contract rate” does it have?
How many Gripen E/Fs have shown combat worthiness in actual conflict? How about its competitors?
