@joefattorini It suprised me in Denmark too - I had to cook from scratch a lot more to be honest - amazing bakeries but they don’t do cook chill at all - an awful lot of frozen and stuff in jars and not at all nice and yet restaurants were incredibly good if expensive - go figure!!
