According to the DDS… Bam Aquino can’t claim credit for the passage of the Free College Education Law but Bong Go can claim credit for Malasakit Centers?

Bam Aquino is listed as principal author of the Senate Bill that became the Free College Education Law.

On the other hand, the Malasakit Center Act or Republic Act No. 11463 originated from HOUSE Bill No. 5477 - which Bong Go just copied word per word in his own Senate Bill counterpart.

And then the DDS always blames Kiko Pangilinan for the Juvenile Justice Act because he is the principal author.

Pag maganda batas, can’t credit the opposition. Kay Duterte daw. Pag panget batas, blame the opposition. Bawal i-blame si Duterte.

The DDS can’t have it both ways. That’s not how logic works. Kelangan consistent.

If we will credit Bong Go for the Malasakit Centers, we should credit Bam Aquino for Free College Education Act and credit Kiko Pangilinan for the Juvenile Justice Act (which is a good law!) and the Sagip Saka Act.
