The current distribution rate is roughly 12%, with no 19a notices indicating return of capital since launch. All earned profit.

AUM has quietly grown from about $10M to nearly $48M. It's still very small.

I keep a chunk stashed away and reinvest the distributions.

No moonshot. Just boring cash flow quietly compounding.
