Al Sharpton, I did not listen to your demand.

You told Black people and Black business owners not to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.

I refused.

And today, on America’s birthday,

I am proud to celebrate with my America 250 Pancake Box honoring George Washington and this great nation.

I am Black, I own a food company, and Cousin T’s is proudly celebrating America’s 250th birthday.

Yes, I know America has a history of slavery. I also know I am not a slave, and I am not a victim.

You can keep trying to reduce George Washington’s entire legacy to slavery, but I refuse to do that.

George Washington helped build this country. He helped lay the foundation for America. Without him, this nation would not be what it is today.

America is not perfect, but it is still the greatest country on Earth. Millions of people around the world would give anything for the freedoms and opportunities we have here.

I love this country. I’m thankful to be an American. And I will never apologize for celebrating America.

Where do I begin... This has been a trip that I will never forget.

From attending the World Cup seeing my country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 play for the first time in 28 years in Miami. It was a moment i will never forget.

Seeing my closest friends in Houston and Dallas. Help raise a glass of me turning 40 years old. From going to the lakes, catching up with my friends and just have a absolute blast.

Being on radio and shows while I was here I am extremely thankful, grateful and everything I can describe how appreciative I am to be allowed to speak on sports in the US. Hopefully it's not the last. 👌🏼

I hope one day, I hope to achieve that American dream, work, live, settle down in life and contribute to the community in a more permanent basis but for now, it's back to Scotland for a few months then am back for some 🤠🏈 to root for the team I have support since I was 11 years old.

Once again for liking me recent tweets etc, love the interactions been having.
