@TMobileHelp I'm replying but no one is engaging. The only thing I have is my account number. I have no access to the phone number that was attached to the router. That was on my account, and I am not permitted to log into an account that has been closed

@Lowes when I called I wanted to be transferred to the blind department, not spend an additional 3 minutes on the phone listening to unwanted information about blinds. Do better

@BofA_Help A team member at customer service insisted I had no recourse (?!). I insisted this be escalated to a manager. The manager, Caroline, has opened tickets to get this resolved and refunded. The consistency of "help" I am receiving is disjointed and subpar. I'm surprised
