Never trust the instore advisor to print a pick list of everything you need to hang the besta cupboard on the wall safely. My two year old had been dancing in front of this seconds before it fell off the wall. This could have been very serious. 2/2

I had planned to speak to IKEA privately about this but as their customer service is appalling, their robot doesn’t work, the contact number doesn’t work during the hours advertised and they have ignored every other tweet I thought it was best to share. 1/2.
