its a shame that axis cannot facilitate an address change/update. its been 4 days and the result is null ! and the address to be updated is same as that is on my aadhar card. still axis is unable to do so. what is the merit in continuing relationship with axis?

Internet (wifi) down for 3 days. no assistance and rectification. In 21st century and AI era, this is the state of Airtel. Kindly rectify my internet now. Also, adjust the bill for no wifi service provided for last 3-4 days. Wake up Airtel !!

do I need to collect baggage at transit airport at Bangkok and do re checkin of baggage for flight to Hyderabad? is it a self tranfer? or baggage once checked in at Phuket will be collected directly at Hyderabad and no action at bkk?? kindly confirm

@bigbasket_com I know u called, but I was busy attending to guests for whome I had ordered the item, but was delivered in rotten state. evening and plan crashed for us. refund and all is too shallow. its time u take charge of your logistics and quality of products. its a shame !!

@MyntraSupport what is there tonprioritise here? I just asked a query bcoz myntra is infamous for their so called farse investigation and then dumping the whole issue in customer. deliver wrong item, do a false investigation and blame/penalise the customer. iv face this in the past. so answer?

if the item is not returnable but received wrong item then what? how will the customer get corrective action? I have ordered the item in image and seeing myntra recent record of delivering wrong items and then forcible saying tht correct item was delivered wht thn

@bigbasket_com ordered chicken in flash sale. and despite delivery scduled after a few days, BB conveniently cancels the items view non availablity. this is ridiculous. no call or intimation else I wud have rescheduled the order to ensure availability. totally dissatisfied !!

@bigbasket_com well, had enough of it with BB. quality of products surely the worst. never had such chronic issue wrt qlty on any application. received milk packets all spoilt. 1 pkt expired and balance 3 with 28 Jun validity viz today. surely stored wrongly in this hot weather by BB.

@bigbasket_com i had used a voucher to buy all these milk packets. BB is aware of the same. kindly refund the full amount adjusting the coupon benefits. really the most butter experience wrt quality of products. will think 100 times whilst ordering frm bigbasket app now. totally dissatisfied !
