As much as I want to blame Warde Manual for Dusty leaving.... I can't this time, Dusty had a contract on the table to make him one of the highest paid coaches in college and he never signed it. He had the NBA on his radar the whole time and Dallas made him an offer he couldn't refuse. The buyout would've had him stuck here. He wanted to leave for the NBA and there is nothing you can do about that. He was smart and used his leverage to his advantage.
