Mariolatry is the true mark of real, believing modern Roman Catholicism. Two of the three last definitions of dogma by Rome have been Marian in nature (and both were so far removed from anything remotely "apostolic" as to boggle the mind). Despite all her attempted nuance and redefinition, the Marian devotion of modern Roman Catholics is idolatry on steroids. But there is something else I'd like to point out.

Look at this picture/painting. Mary was not a white skinned European beauty, and Jesus was not a blonde, blue eyed little boy. These kinds of depictions are just as erroneous as the false dogmas that come with them.
