@DrBPHealth In Nigeria, for centuries,we have consumed palmoil in our soups and stews. The extraction is mostly done by hand, not mechanically. My question is; does the intake of unprocessed palm oil hurt our health like the processed ones?I have generally cut down on my oil intake, though.
