Valko Rumor Check:

There has been a flood of supposed Valko “leaks” over the last day, and several are already falling apart once people trace them back to their source.

I know everyone is hungry for information, and that is exactly why we need to be careful.

1️⃣. The “newly leaked” lily-of-the-valley image...

The lily-of-the-valley image being circulated as a newly recovered Valko asset was shown publicly in the original 6.0 promotional material.

So:

The image is real... the claim that it was newly discovered is not.

That's an important distinction.

A genuine Infold image can still be a fake leak if someone takes old material and falsely presents it as something miners just recovered.

The fact that the original livestream material has now been removed makes this especially easy to do, because many newer players can no longer check the source themselves.

2️⃣. Activity 66 / Lily image

This one needs nuance. The circulating a2_gacha_btn_banner_activity_66.png image may have a legitimate historical origin. A separate file researcher reports tracing Activity 66 to an older build associated with the original July 9 launch window, rather than finding it newly added to the September game files.

That would make it potentially interesting evidence about Valko's original cancelled rollout, but it is not currently evidence that Activity 66 was restored.

Separately, the later readable game data really does contain an activity_67_xl reference. Activity 67 and Activity 66 are different findings and shouldn't be combined into one claim.

Until we can independently verify which game version Activity 66 came from and how it was obtained, I would treat it as possible historical Valko-related material. It should not be used as proof for separate claims about Secret Times, ASMR recordings, hidden cards, or other supposedly extracted content.

3️⃣. The supposed Sept. 21 “6.0” release notice

This also appears to be false.

The circulating image claims a new 6.0 rollout on Sept. 21 with different wording and a different version framing from the original documented 6.0 announcement.

The real 6.0 rollout was tied to Valko’s original July release period.

So until someone can produce an official Infold/Papergames source for that Sept. 21 notice, please do not treat it as genuine.

A polished graphic is not provenance. 🐺

4️⃣. “Miners recovered Valko’s Secret Times”

This claim has also grown far beyond the evidence currently available.

There are currently reports of four Valko-labelled ASMR entries in a voice registry:

One technical researcher reports that all four point back to the same underlying resource identifier rather than four separate audio resources.

Think of it like four sprinkler controls, all connected to the same single pipe. The four labeled spots exist in the system, but that does not mean four separate recordings have been found behind them.

The researcher has also asked people claiming actual Secret Times were recovered to provide a filename, file location, game version, or other proof that someone else could verify.

So far, I have not seen that evidence provided.

At this point, the existence of the ASMR-labelled registry entries is reported but not independently verified, and claims that playable Valko Secret Times audio has been recovered remain unproven.

And unless someone can show how they got past the current protected asset layer, claims that they “hacked the files” or “recovered the audio” should stay in the rumor category.

🌟What should you ask before believing a leak?🌟

🔸️Where did it come from? Current update, old build, cache, livestream, repost, archived file?

🔸️When was it first obtained? A post made today does not mean the asset is from today.

🔸️Is it an actual asset, or only a filename/reference?

🔸️Can the original source be shown?

🔸️Can another technical person reproduce the finding?

🔸️Is there a file path, hash, version number, or other provenance?

🔸️Was the image already publicly shown before?

🔸️Does the evidence actually support the claim being made?

🔹️Most importantly:

Do not confuse “this image is real” with “this leak is real.”

And do not confuse:

“a reference exists” with “the finished content was recovered.”

Whether misinformation comes from innocent fandom telephone or deliberate sensationalism, the result is the same: people get excited, scared, or manipulated by claims that outrun the evidence.

♦️If something is genuinely new and genuinely important, it should survive basic verification.

♦️It doesn't matter how much you like or respect the person telling you the rumor... if verification isn't provided, it's still just a more pleasantly wrapped "trust me bro".

We do not need to lower the standard because we want the answer to be true. 🐺💚
