He was a special needs student.

Mom stated that she could not provide him with the special needs education that he needed.

She bought him a gun.

He targeted his special needs classroom.

I'm a mom of a special needs child, now, she is only 8, but even if she were older..

While she is not aggressive, depressed, agitated, etc...she is quite the opposite, I would NEVER buy her a gun and think her to be able to safely own one.

She does have trouble regulating her emotions when she does get upset. She is a very literal thinker. She doesn't understand the permanence of cause and effect.

I'm sorry, but mom needs to be arrested.
