“This is happening right now.
Former President Duterte is in The Hague. A sitting Philippine senator, Bato dela Rosa, is in hiding because our own government is hunting him down to hand him over to a foreign court. The DOJ is enforcing an ICC arrest warrant on Philippine soil. Our Supreme Court refused to stop it.
And the President? He’s already made up his mind. He’s already labeled Senator Bato a “fugitive from justice”, not because our courts convicted him, but because a foreign court issued a warrant. President Marcos publicly said, “The Senate is sheltering fugitives from justice.” The decision is already made.
But here’s what should terrify all Filipinos.
The President swore an oath to defend the Constitution. To protect Philippine sovereignty. To uphold our courts. Instead, he’s executing orders from The Hague. He’s surrendering Filipinos to a foreign tribunal without letting our own judges decide. He’s treating our Constitution as decoration.
This violates his constitutional oath to protect Philippine sovereignty. This contradicts what the Constitution requires of a president. A leader choosing a foreign court over his own people, over his own Constitution, over the very institution that gives him power.
No sovereign nation tolerates this. No leader should be allowed to hand over citizens to foreign judgment without due process, without consent, without his own courts having the final say.
Yet here we are. Our president is doing it.
We are not imagining a threat. We are watching our own president dismantle what makes us a nation.

“I stand here to denounce a grave injustice… the 80 years old former president of the Philippines who bravely fought illegal dr*gs to protect millions has been unlawfully removed from the homeland and held in prolonged pre-trial detention by the ICC in The Hague.”
“This is a political prosecution and not justice. The current administration extradited him without due process bypassing Philippine courts and violating national sovereignty.”
“Over one year pre-trial detention raises profound questions about compliance with their own statutes guaranteeing humane treatment and speedy trial.”
“We urge this council to demand humanitarian review and immediate release of President Duterte. Justice must be fair, not a weapon against the people.”

TRUST RATINGS TO CAP OFF 2025
Marcos Jr: -3%
Sara Duterte: +31%
There is nothing that Marcos can do to bring down Sara and he's done his worst, short of assassinating her. Marcos borrowed trust from Sara to win & now he's living on borrowed time: the day of reckoning will come.
The safety and security we experienced in 2016-2022 is not free. Fighting criminals has cost - his freedom.
PRRD did his share and delivered his promise.

Mr. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.,
Sir, the time has come to step down with grace and dignity. Continuing to cling to power will not serve you, nor will it serve the nation you swore to lead. It is over, sir. Allow the Philippines to heal, recover, and rebuild from the crisis we now face. Have the moral courage to choose the country—our beloved Inang Bayan—over personal and family interests. That is the final act of patriotism that history will remember.
To all Filipino compatriots, here in the Philippines and across the world: The fight is NOT over yet!. We need one more determined push until President Marcos Jr. finally steps down. The mass rally at EDSA led by UPI continues tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and the “Kongresos ng Mamayang Pilipino” will continue with the global online rally and coverage of the EDSA rally. We will announce the time. With me (Anna), Harry, and Maharlika serving as moderators together with other resource persons, and our OFWs serving as moderators.
My fellow Filipinos, let us stay focused and united.
Wag tayong bibitaw (“Let’s not give up.”). We hold the line until the final call is achieved: #BBMRESIGN!
(“All of this—our conviction, our courage, our unity—is for the Motherland.”). For the Philippines we love, and for the future and the future of our children we refuse to surrender.
Maraming salamat 🙏😊❤️
