ADHD at it's finest: cleaning up some dishes, needing to pee, starts to sing, walks singing to pantry, gets beer, walk back to the tv passing the kitchen and starts cursing that i didn't finish the dishes.. all in 4 min and 3 meters.. and yet was still diagnosed last year😅 #ADHD

@FrielinkRoland Om de mensen om mij heen te beschermen, bekende en onbekende. Tuurlijk helpt het mij ook, maar om mij (met mijn immuunsysteem/ leeftijd/ gezondheid) maak ik mij niet direct zorgen. Maar wel de mate waar in ik het kan krijgen en doorgeven.
