@randyjhunt Tough qn. I guess it depends on the customer service personnel you get. I've used Singtel, Starhub and now CirclesLife. Starhub customer service is hard to get access to. The other 2 is fine (but I think CL tries harder than Singtel 🤷🏻‍♀️).
