👇🏽 YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS
- Most people spend their entire lives trapped inside the noise of their own mind.
- Overthinking. Replaying the past. Catastrophizing the future. Creating stories.
- Believing every thought that passes through their head.
- But thoughts are not truth. They are clouds passing through awareness.
- Temporary vibrations. Temporary sensations. Temporary experiences.
- And suffering often begins the moment we identify with every single thought as “me.”
- Anxious thought? “I am anxious.”
- Depressed thought? “There’s something wrong with me.”
- Fearful thought? “My future is doomed.”
- But who is the one noticing the thought?
- Who is aware of the fear? Aware of the sadness? Aware of the noise?
- That awareness… is deeper than the mind itself.
- This is why meditation changes lives.
- Not because it magically removes thoughts…
- But because it teaches you to stop becoming them.
- To observe instead of attach. To breathe instead of spiral. To allow instead of resist.
- And eventually, through stillness, something extraordinary begins to happen:
- The mind quiets.
- The nervous system softens. Presence returns.
- And underneath all the noise, you begin to hear something much quieter…
- Intuition. Inner knowing. Clarity. Peace.
- Not the screaming voice of fear.
- The still voice beneath it. The mind is often a record of the past.
- But awareness exists here and now.
- And healing sometimes begins the moment you realize:
- You are not broken because you have difficult thoughts.
- You are the awareness witnessing them.
- Breathe. Observe. Let the thought pass.
- Come back to the present moment.
- Again and again and again. That’s the work.

Lymphatic tapping consists of giving light taps with the fingers on certain areas of the body (such as the neck, collarbones, face, or abdomen) to promote the movement of lymph, which is the fluid that helps eliminate toxins and waste.
