"One of my favorite outtakes of this book is the promotion of a positive attitude of gratitude. Just being thankful for the good things in your life. If you're headed in the wrong direction, change courses! Negative thoughts are the intruder."

I was always 5 years older than her until the fateful month of August 2020 at the middle of Covid-19, when she left us for good.
She was my youngest sister.

This book is by @RobWhiteMedia and according to @waragusamuel it is one of the books that have greatly impacted on his life since purchasing it in November 2022.
1/ Try this if you wish to be 5 steps ahead of your peers & competitors: Stop complaining and star acting.
On 23rd July 2022, @RobWhiteMedia wrote this on his X timeline and had a profound impact on my life.
4 months later, I bought his book "The Maestro Monologue.
Awesome
There are certain passages in Scripture which like good art, speak more profoundly to us the older we get.
And it is also true that there are some phrases in a good book that touch our body, mind and soul so powerfully that we tend to return to them every now and then.
Why
👇
Because they inspire us. They make us think more and better. They move us to action.
This is one of them in "The Maestro Monologue" book by @RobWhiteMedia
And if stuck on how to access it, get it here from Scribd (lucky you if you are 1st time Scribder)

And as you track the Israel-Hamas issue and Bahati drama, let me explain more about this healthy alternative method of asking questions.

And remember to also look at your mind as an opening to a large room full of limitless possibilities.
One way to achieve this is by reading books and taking action.
If no idea of a good book to read this weekend, pick "The Maestro Monologue" by @RobWhiteMedia
Because "no one can walk your path on your behalf" as @RobWhiteMedia wrote in his book "The Maestro Monologue'
An awesome book worth your time and money.
And let me add that if most of these questions are health, they will take you to places you never imagined you could in your life.
@RobWhiteMedia in his book "The Maestro Monologue" writes this:
"Here’s an example of a healthy question to substitute for “What’s wrong with me?” Simply ask yourself, “How might I see myself differently so I might learn something that empowers me?” Ask that question meaningfully, and it immediately expands your view to include possibilities that you couldn’t see with the prior question."
Because there are so many things you can do on your own if only you take that extra effort. (And cost should not make you fear)
Worth thinking about especially in this 33rd day of our 40 days journey of becoming the most awesome gifts we can be to ourselves.
And there's a chance "The Maestro Monologue" by @RobWhiteMedia will help you too.

Since my mentor put this, I have been deeply thinking about it.
This is because, for too long, I allowed myself to be a victim.
This "allowing myself" disadvantaged me in so many ways.
Birthday. Wedding anniversary day. Graduation day. Ordination day. Baptism day.
Now, these are some of the special days that mean so much to most people.
They celebrate.
They eat a special diet.
They wear special dresses.
They put on nice shoes.
They take clean photos.
They talk well. Mostly, they don't talk in a manner likely to anger people.
They are nice to be around.
All in the name of a special day.
It is good.
I too celebrate special days.
And every person has a special day different from others.
But have you ever decided to expand the list of special days too?
like the day you learnt to walk for the first time?
The day you learnt to call mama for the first time?
The day you learnt to call papa for the first time?
The day you talked to her for the first time? (this is for husbands)
The day you talked to him for the first time? (this is for wives)
Ever?
OK,
Now, what about the day you bought a book which proceeded to have a very BIG impact in your life?
Do you remember that day?
Anyway, personally, I don't remember most days.
Talking of books, I have found myself losing the receipts after purchasing books from physical book stores.
But for my Kindle books, the date is always there for my reference.
Next month will mark my first anniversary since purchasing this book.
And one may wonder, "why is this purchase so special?"
There are two answers.
A simple one and a complex one.
The simple answer is that this book "The Maestro Monologue" by @RobWhiteMedia has positively transformed me and my entire life in a very big way, something no other book has ever done for me. Never.
Now let me tell you about the complex answer.
The complex answer is that it can only be experienced.
It is like food. I can come here and tell you about the sweetness of the food but then until you taste it, you may never experience the fullness of its goodness.
So, November 24th, 2022 is a very special day which I will never forget.
I took a step of faith at a time when I had become frustrated with most self help books.
Maybe today might be your special day if you've not yet claimed your personal copy.
Remember you can have a kindle one, a paperback, a hard cover or the playbook.
You may live to thank your courage today. It takes only one deliberate decision to have your entire life in a very different direction.
I stop at that.
Remember today is day 27 in the 40 day journey of becoming the most awesome gifts we can be to ourselves.
See you shortly....
