Malaysian culture is separate from Malay culture, Malaysians shouldn’t have to abide by the values of one religion when we have multiple faiths in Malaysia, even more so in a different country.

In the end, we have two choices of government:

A. Gov with a weakened UMNO
B. Gov with a powerful PAS + weakened UMNO

[esther @esthernyk7]

Muhyiddin, Malaysia’s next pm, is the same person who said covid’s death cases is just a small amount, i quote, “ hanya beberapa bilangan sahaja yang mati ” and thought it was some kind of achievement.

Mind you the said “ beberapa bilang sahaja ” was 36,593.

[esther @esthernyk7]

it’s odd that the losing parties are forming coalitions, shouldn’t the winning party be given the priority to negotiate with losing parties? once every 5 years we are given the right to choose our government but the power hungry ones decide to take that right away #PRU15 #GE15

[esther @esthernyk7]

it’s sad to see race and religion being the main determining factors in who gets to serve the rakyat. sure they know the religion well, but do they have what it takes to serve the people of Malaysia? #PRU15 #GE15

November 19 is a historic day for Malaysia. For the first time, 18 year olds will be casting their votes, but, there are many segments of society that will not be able to vote despite being 18 and above,

Okay so @CambridgeInt have told us to raise our concerns with our schools. Schools, in turn, have passed on pleas of cancellation to CAIE. And guess what? CAIE rejects their pleas and insists on holding the exams. @DanWorth @drdavidajames @CathImogenLough

students in the U.K. are chilling watching netflix knowing that they will receive inflated grades while on the other side of the world we are losing sleep and studying at 3:00 am because of that ONE exam board
#cancelcieexams2021

[esther @esthernyk7]

I find it hard to believe that CAIE has refused to cancel their exams for international students in 160 countries despite other international exam boards doing so. This is absolutely unfair. Give us the fairness we deserve. #cancelcieexams2021
