@WestMidRailway The Avanti company rang them we have not been able to get ahold of them which is ridiculous. We literally cannot get home it’s a lot more serious than an inconvenience because you are refusing to pay for a taxi which we need because of your company’s mess up

@WestMidRailway Even @thetrainline highlights that changes are calculated and we would’ve had enough time to make the connecting train comfortably if staff were not careless and last minute decision to remove coaches were not made which also added delays to the journey.
