@TeamYouTube I have thoroughly checked my inbox and spam folders, but I do not have an active email thread with Creator Support for Case 0-0369000040984. The only emails I receive are automated 'noreply' messages. Could you please have the team escalate this?

@TeamYouTube Still no update on Case 0-0369000040984. I’m a Premium user ([email protected]) blocked due to a 2024 hack on my old email. Higher Team promised a fix but I’m still stuck. Please unlink my current account so I can use the service.

I ALREADY spoke to Live Support.They r the ones who closed my chat because they cannot bypass the 9month data purge policy to investigate the 2024 hack. Since Live sprt cn't help, Im asking U: Is a standard appeal my ONLY remaining option to fix

@TeamYouTube A forum Product Expert just informed me about the 9-month data purge policy, meaning a hijacking investigation for my 2024 hack is impossible. Since I just want to use Premium on my current clean email, is a standard appeal my ONLY option to lift this cross-account block?

@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube I checked link & the assistant. I actually recovered, problem is the channel still suspended due to the 2024 hack. Old suspension is permanently blocking my CURRENT separate email from using the YouTube app.I just need to unlink my current email so I can use Premium!
