To clarify what has happened to me. I did recieve the form, then used the link on the form to register online on the last day and sadly, stupidly thought I was done. My mistake for trusting and not researching every detail.

#DeniedMyVote I love how they state on the letter that "You don't need to do anything else" and then you turn up on the day and get denied.

@RoryMacMahon What I do wonder is, any EU citizen who registered less than a week before, did they even get enough time to get the UC1 form and then send it off in time? IF that's the case,EU citizen registration should have been closed early.

@RoryMacMahon I have called twice to the office and they admitted that due to me registering on the last day they failed to send me to UC1 form, resulting in me not being able to vote.

@Theducks10 I called the council twice,stating the letter. They first told me I had registered too late, when I proved that I registered on the 7th they apologized and said they didn't have time to send out the second form. What's the point of deadlines idk.

I registered to vote online. When I called them today they said "Sorry, but you registered on the final day and we didn't have time to send out the extra form for you." What is the point of registration deadline, when you can't even fully register?

So they are claiming that a person who lives in a thin walled trailer, on land where loads of family live nearby, raped, slit her throat & silently shot her,then went & drove around with the her body & later had a bonfire with the body at home after all that? Suuure.
