Severely understaffed, workforce worked to the bone, illegal vans( RM MoTs its own vehicles..🤔) and new staff leave in droves as we get paid less than the “older” staff , for doing the same job..

My girlfriend ( a keen birder) thought its the wrong term to use. Maybe “female birding club” would be more open/ inclusive?? We both thought the club is greatly needed though..
