Luggage delayed for 8 days, downgraded, gaslit, no answer on submitted reimbursements — and for the cherry on the top, unsafe airplanes. Thanks for the worst experience of my life @united
@united is hands down the worst airline(or company in general) I’ve dealt with: oversold flights, my bag delayed 8 days, useless customer service, and not a single euro offering in compensation. Empty apologies mean nothing when you dont offer a solution. Absolutely unacceptable.
