@awscloud can’t receive emails (route53) or login to root account to pay bill, been locked out two days with little to no help from support. Extremely frustrated. Have been with you for 12 years and spent millions to be treated with no care at all
@AWSSupport I tried that using an alternate email and no luck. The email I got said because it’s under another email they won’t help. Again, you control my email, and I can’t access it…
@AWSSupport I can’t access the root account and therefore cannot open a support case. My account manager is unable to help at all. Our emails are connected to route53, I can’t receive notification emails until the account is reactivated. All we want to do is pay!
