@RailwaySeva I'd suggest the irctc server be improved in a better way. Means, if a passenger books a tatkal ticket with the available seats, he/she should definitely get a ticket. Or else, an alternate should be arranged by the irctc.

The worst experience I have faced ever while booking tickets. I wonder why IRCTC alone is having so many issues all the time.
I request the respective authority to address this problem.

But after the completion of payment. The status of the ticket was W17. This is not the first time, I'm experiencing it. I demand an explanation for this. And I request the central government to take action on this. Because, not only me who suffered, almost everyone faces it.
