涉案視頻片段如下，更確切來說是最後那個時間點，我說他「該死」！

對於「死者為大」這個觀念，我是這樣看的：

這本來應該是一種對死亡的節制，不是對惡的赦免。

這句話如果被用來要求所有人一律閉嘴，不許追究，不許批評，不許清算，那它就從一種人情，變成了道德勒索。

在中國文化裡，“死者為大”背後其實混了幾種東西：

一種是喪葬倫理。人死之後，活人暫時收斂爭競，不在靈前失態，給家屬留一點面子與哀悼空間。這一層，我覺得可以理解。它有其文明性。

但另一種，是把“人已經死了”直接變成“是非到此為止”。這就有問題了。

因為一個人的死亡，並不會自動改寫他生前做過的事。壞事不會因為他斷氣了就變成好事。受害者的痛苦，也不會因為加害者死了就突然失效。

所以真正該分開的是兩件事：

「可以不在對方剛死時獵奇羞辱。」和「不能因此停止事實判斷與道德評價。」

對普通人，尤其不是大奸大惡的人，我傾向於保留一點「死者為大」的節制。不是因為他們死了就神聖了，而是因為死亡本身已經是一個結束，活人沒必要靠踩屍取樂。

但對壞人，尤其是：生前明確傷害過很多人；掌握權力而作惡；靠謊言、暴力、壓迫獲利；死後還可能被洗白、被神化、被拿來繼續壓人的，那就更不能濫用「死者為大」。

因為這時候沉默的代價，不是體面一點而已。而是讓惡被重新包裝。

很多社會最危險的地方就在這裡：對活著的受害者沒有多少體諒，對死掉的壞人卻忽然非常講文明、講厚道、講不要打擾亡者。

這其實不是善良。這常常只是害怕面對真相。

死者可以為大，但真相更大。

如果一個壞人死了，最重要的不是還要不要罵他，而是能不能繼續準確地說出他做過什麼。

只要基於事實，沒有造謠，沒有藉機羞辱無關家屬，那麼批評、清算、記錄、定性，都完全合理。

甚至很多時候，正因為他死了，你更要說。

因為死人最容易被神話，歷史最容易被改寫。
