@VoeGOLoficial I bought a priority ticket for tomorrow but on my boarding pass the priority doesn’t appear. The call center just ask me to sent the the prove or your error and than the line misteriously went down

@RecordGo You apply discount on the rent fee and than, unfairly, applied more than double of the fees as “special cleaning”…for bad smell. Of course declared after the drop-off.

@polmor96@RecordGo After my complain and the video I produced, where a very very few sand was on the carpet, they told me that there was a terrible odour. We are a no smoking family, of course very clean 😀. It’s an embaracing theft.
@RecordGo@consumatori I know it as well as you. And the charge of special cleaning was, in my case, not compliant with the contractual condition. It seems more an inappropriate (and unfair) use of the contract.
