Udemy's Focus on Enterprise Segment to Spark Revenue Surge

Online learning platform Udemy (NASDAQ: $UDMY), is projected to see revenue from its enterprise segment, also known as Udemy Business, to surge in the forecast period as the company pivots focus from consumer to enterprise. In 2022, the consumer segment accounted for 50.1% of Udemy’s total $629 million revenue. According to Visible Alpha consensus, in 2023, the company’s enterprise segment is expected to account for a larger share of Udemy’s total revenue at 57.8%. The enterprise business is estimated to see revenue grow by 33.5% year over year in 2023 to $419 million, while the consumer business is projected to see revenue decline by -2.8% to $306 million. By 2025, analysts expect Udemy’s enterprise segment to account for 68% of the company’s total revenue.

@paulg Disagree. It completely depends if I want to add to the existing conversation, or if I want to take a tangent. Your opinion is vested in the follower count or with the monetization of followers and clicks. Take the conversation at intellectual level, and strip the monetization.
