It seems the only way to get organisations such as #EgyptAir to accept their failure to fulfil their responsibilities is to call them out on Social Media.

What I want?
1) A response to my emails, resolve my complaint and return my funds as per the T&C.
2) A simple apology from #EgyptAir and #ethiopianairlines .
3) For #EgyptAir and #ethiopianairlines to treat their customers as per their ads & appreciate the business we provide.
8) Above my full ticket price + additional charge for extra luggage, I am out of pocket by ยฃ995.15.
9) This is not acceptable.
10) On arrival back in London, I spoke to their agent, who was kind, gave me a full breakdown of how I will be treated and warned me.
