Glad to be back on your feed. Today we’re releasing Obol Stack v0.13, and with it, a 650k $OBOL airdrop for Bankr Bot users that traded OBOLCLAW tokens; to give them a proper stake and place in the @Obol_Collective. These OBOL tokens were bought with the fees generated trading the other tokens, and are distributed with a vibe-weighted allocation based on a combo of volume, amount held, fees paid, etc.
Considering these BankrBots are primarily on Base, and (for now 👀) OBOL is only on mainnet, I’ve deployed an x402 agent on Base that will pay mainnet gas and claim them for you. Ask @bankrbot to pay https://t.co/sqemZA5Miy 0.01 USDC to claim the OBOL tokens for <your address>. Once you have the tokens, you can spend them on Obol Agents and services. My Obol agent has a number of services priced in OBOL that you can try. 1) you can try and claim my agent’s bounty, spending OBOL to convince my agent to give you the contents of its wallet (I’ll be pumping the value in the address as I gain confidence), or 2) you can spend OBOL for Bankr token analysis (I’ve developed a specialist Bankr analyst agent) or 3) you can ask my Ethereum quant broad questions about Ethereum and Base. More OBOL x402 agents and services will be up soon as we finish our internal agent hackathon by this weekend.
Claiming is live for 30 days, after that, I’ll come up with another fun way to distribute the remaining OBOL, there’s also been more fees accruing on the OBOLCLAW tokens, so I’ll probably claim and distribute those as OBOL too, maybe to addresses that do the most x402 volume in OBOL this time rather than with the same methodology as last time, tbd.
v0.13 of the stack allows you to run multiple independent x402 storefronts from the same stack, allowing you and your agent to build multiple businesses in parallel rather than all services being under one roof. Your trading analyst can have a separate storefront to your fantasy football consultant. If you have an idea for an awesome specialised agent you want to sell to the world, the Obol Stack is for you.

After a year running @Obol_Collective Distributed Validators in live production, we're migrating all our Ethereum validators to Obol DVs — resilient, multi-node clusters replacing single points of failure.
The pilot is now the standard.
