የቤት ችግርን በዘላቂነት የመፍታት ስራችን ተጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል አሉ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከንቲባ @AdanechAbiebie

ከንቲባዋ በዛሬው ዕለት ከማለዳ እስከ ቀትር በግንባታ ላይ ካሉ 17 ሳይቶች መካከል በገርጂ፣ በቱሉ ዲምቱ፣ በገላን ጉራ (የመጀመሪያና ሁለተኛ ምዕራፍ)፣ በአቃቂ ቃሊቲ (ወርቁ ሰፈር) እንዲሁም በንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ የገበያ ማዕከል እየተገነቡ ያሉ ቤቶች መገምገማቸውን ገልጸዋል።

በዚህም በከተማዋ እያካሄድን ካለው ዘርፈ ብዙ ልማት ውስጥ ለቤት ልማት ልዩ ትኩረት ሰጥተናል ነው ያሉት ከንቲባዋ በማሕበራዊ ትስስር ገጻቸው ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት።

በ2018 ዓ.ም ለማከናወን ከታቀዱ 100 ሺህ የቤቶች ግንባታ ውስጥ የ97 ሺህ ቤቶች ግንባታ በአስደናቂ ሁኔታ እየተፋጠነ እንደሚገኝ አመልክተዋል።

ዛሬ የገመገምናቸው ሳይቶች ፕሮጀክቶች ከተጀመሩ ከ6 እስከ 7 ወር ቢሆንም በ24/7 የሥራ ባህል፣ እጅግ ትጉ በሆኑ ኢትዮጵያዊ ኮንትራክተሮች፣ ማህበራት፣ አማካሪዎች፣ ትጉ አመራሮቻች እና በዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ በመታገዝ በአሁኑ ወቅት አበረታች ደረጃ ላይ ደርሰዋል ነው ያሉት።

የቤቶቹ ግንባታ ከ200 ሺህ በላይ ለሚሆኑ ዜጎች የሥራ ዕድል መፍጠሩን ገልጸው÷ በበርካታ ኮንትራክተሮችና ማህበራት በአዲስ የሥራ ተነሳሽነትና በትጋት እየተሰሩ ይገኛሉ ብለዋል።

ትኩረታችን የቤቶቹ ግንባታ ፍጥነት ብቻ ላይ ሳይሆን ከቤት አቅርቦት የዘለለ በተሻሻለ ዲዛይን ጤናማ፣ ውብና ዘመናዊ የመኖሪያ መንደሮችን መገንባት ነው ያሉት ከንቲባዋ÷ የግንባታ ጥራት ለማረጋገጥ የአዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በአማካሪነት እየሰራ እንደሚገኝ ጠቁመዋል።

እየተገነቡ ካሉት ቤቶች ውስጥ 50 ሺዎቹ በከተማው በጀት የሚገነቡ ሲሆን÷ የተቀሩት 50 ሺዎቹ ደግሞ የሚገነቡት በመንግሥትና የግል አጋርነት እንደሆነ አስረድተዋል።

ከለውጡ በፊት እንደዚህ አይነት ሰፊ የቤት ልማት አይደለም በከተማው በጀትና በአንድ ዓመት ቀርቶ በተለመደው የባንክ ብድር እንኳን በየአምስት ዓመቱ 100 ሺህ ተሰርቶ ቢሆን ኖሮ ዛሬ በሚሊዮኖች ተመዝግበው ለረጅም ዓመታት እስከዛሬ የሚጠባበቁና ከ60 ቢሊየን በላይ የኮዶሚንዬም የቦንድ እዳን ተረክበን ለመክፈል እና ለማስተናገድ ባልተገደደን ነበር ሲሉም ጠቅሰዋል።

አሁን እየገነባን ያለነው ምንም እንኳን ከነዋሪዎቻችን ሰፊ ፍላጎት አንጻር አቅርቦቱ ገና ቢሆንም የቤት ችግርን በዘላቂነት የመፍታት ስራችን ይበልጡን ተጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል ብለዋል።
