@DrRebeccaTidy I assumed the service you mean is where a user hands over a small amount of their drug for checking & then is informed if it's safe? ... as far as I'm aware that's not legal.

@DrRebeccaTidy I agree drug use is an issue that needs more than one approach but police are there to enforce the law. Supplying drugs, after checking for quality, back to users is really not their role... or legal.

@EssexPR If in this country three young women were found dead in the surf surrounded by a group of men then they would all be arrested & an investigation started. Just insane they were all just allowed to go on their way....
