The housing market is shifting in buyers' favor right now 🏠
In May, 46% of sellers offered concessions—the highest ever for that month. That's doubled since 2022.
Now there are about 47% more sellers than buyers, with high mortgage rates and uncertainty cooling demand.
Asian chips are on fire 🚀
The MSCI EM Semiconductors vs Magnificent 7 ratio just hit an all-time high of ~205, more than doubling since start of 2026.
While Mag 7 dropped -7% YTD, EM chips surged +91%.
All thanks to South Korea's SK Hynix (+348%) and Samsung (+199%).
Honestly, if you're building a serious crypto project and didn't build on Ethereum as your base layer, you're at such a huge disadvantage it's barely worth it for long-term growth.

And that prediction came out before the $2 billion deal last week.
Market cap's only $500 million right now.
So even if it 5x from here, it'd just be fairly priced.
